UnifyCamino is a plugin for the Camino web browser. It changes the color of the bookmarks toolbar so that it matches the ‘unified’ toolbar look on Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.5.

In addition, UnifyCamino supports installing icon themes, including on the status bar! The advantage of using UnifyCamino (rather than Caminicon) is that your theme will be remembered when you install new versions of Camino because it does not replace the resources. Once you’ve chosen or customized a theme using CaminIcon, you can install it semi-permanently with UnifyCamino.

UnifyCamino also allows users to remove the dividing line between the navigation toolbar and bookmarks bar.

NOTE: Versions above 1.0 are for Leopard only. If you are on Leopard, make sure you have input managers enabled. Those on Tiger should keep using version 1.0.

New in 1.9

  • Fixed some issues with Camino’s appearance when left as default (with all options disabled)
